Great place to stay

The staff was excellent. The front desk man was welcoming and helpful and came to replace our lost key at 2:30 AM with a good attitude. Even the cleaning staff were friendly. The room was exactly what we needed. 10/10 would recommend

Now I understand you get what you pay for, but this was just not right. Overall, the room was clean. It wasn’t perfect but it was clean. The room was really dated. Now that wouldn’t bother me normally but it had an odor to it. The odor was being covered by a deodorizer but it was still there. My final straw was the AC wasn’t working, or not well. After a shower, I realized the room was just as warm as when I entered. I let it run for an hour but my only relief came if I stood directly in front. I tried to switch rooms but no one was available at the reception desk. I kept ringing the buzzer, probably waited just under 5mins before I decided to leave. It was upsetting but, you get what you pay for.

We became attacked by bedbugs or something and the establishment tried to move us to a new room. , However same issue at the new one. They didn't want to make this experience any better and only offered half refund from one night stay in a week of misery. It's not my problem they quoted after bending over backwards to give them a chance to make it better. Nope. Very quick to get paid but no real results but nasty photos of bites all over our bodies and not to mention the hours of cleaning out belongings on a very special Valentine's day. Gross!!!!!

It was a trip to my best friends wedding near by were the reception was going to be held literally 5 mins away. Which was very close by. Upon arriving was easy and fast. First got in turn on the AC to find roaches eww. Second was the when using the restroom the light turns off by itself. 3rd was the fact the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall when u pull out the paper. The lamp was missing light bulb . We stayed in 110 dont reccomed it.

I think someone was murdered in our room. There was blood spots on wall and a suspicious stain in the carpet.

San Bernardi-Not

The motel appears freshly painted on the outside but the rooms are very outdated and lacking in comfort. It wasn't the cleanest but also not the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at. For the area, it is pretty run of the mill but the rooms sure could use a remodel.
