Brand new remodeled home located in the heart of Boerne. Great for family or friend getaway. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the large patio or enjoy cooking in the kitchen with all brand new appliances . 2 minutes from downtown Boerne with unique stores, restaurants and breweries. Guided trails are steps away from the house or Take a stroll down River Road park and feed the ducks or do a little fishing. Home is centrally located to so many amazing places. Minutes away from San Antonio, 40 minutes away from Hill Country Fredericksburg and other quaint small towns. 20 minutes from SixFlags and 30 minutes away from Sea World. Enjoy a game of horseshoes or cornhole on the back patio.

Newly Remodeled Home

My family enjoyed our stay at Emily's place. The house had been recently remodeled and was very clean. We had a little trouble with the code to get in initially, but Emily quickly addressed the issue. The overall floor plan worked well for our family (5 adults and two kids). The house is in a fairly quiet neighborhood just a short distance from downtown shops.

peaceful get away

Our stay at this lovely, cozy home was much needed and peaceful. The home has three bedrooms, living room, family room, kitchen with all new appliances along with washer and dryer. Emily owner of home is a great host her home is very relaxing and lovely. The neighborhood is also excellent location close to Main Street and not to much traffic off Blanco Rd. The home is about 12 minutes from ARROWS an indoor children's play center and new The Darkside brick oven pizza. Thank you Emily!! We will be staying at her again in the future in Boerne Texas.
