Perfect for families or groups of friends, this getaway has everything needed to make the best memories including an open layout, a wonderful side yard complete with seating and cornhole for a bit of friendly competition, and modern decor throughout to make you feel right at home in no time. After a full day of exploring the nearby attractions, head back to home base and hop into the gourmet kitchen complete with a gas range, island seating, a dishwasher, and all of the utensils needed for your favorite recipes. The chef of the group can be a part of the conversation too, as the living room is adjacent to the kitchen where everyone can kick back on the large sofa and stream a favorite movie as the stars come out.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great for a Family!
We had a great week-long stay here. I loved how much lighting there was in the place since many vacation rentls are DARK. The beds were also more comfortable than in many vacation rentals (although a mattress topper on the king bed -- like the one on the queen -- & a dresser in the room with the twins would be nice). We had a plumbing issue one afternoon & maintenance was over faster than I could have gotten a plumber over at my own place. The A/C is set not to go below 70 degrees, but when I explained that my son had a medical issue that made that too hot for him, the owner agreed to allow the temperature to go down a few degrees. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay & I felt the price was reasonable for what we got. I would stay here again.

The interior of the home was really nice. It was very clean, comfortable beds. The neighborhood around the home is older and some car alarms at neighbors house went off during the night a few times but otherwise was quiet. It's close to a grocery store, shopping and the airport. Vaca manages it and i likex that they sent a lical number for daytime issues. We had no issues and overall it is a nice option for the area.

Great little house in a perfect location
My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this home. It had all the amenities we needed. It's in the middle of an established neighborhood, but it was quiet and peaceful. The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so next year.

Quick Family Trip
This house was perfect after a day at both SeaWorld parks. The house was easy to check in and VERY clean. There was a lot of room for all of us and in a great area for any late night eating or shopping. 10/10 recommend.

What I liked: Very Tidy house Clean Great location Quiet neighborhood Automated texts prior to arriving and departure from Vacasa. What I didn't like: Pricey for amount of space. Very small 3 br home. One bathroom is very small. Managed by Vacasa. They are great but I prefer to communicate with owner directly. Trash can us in alley through a gated backyard but locked. Had to drive/walk around block to throw trash. Overall good experience. Would recommend house for friends getaway (3-4 people) not families.

Wonderful Short Stay
After a very long weekend in San Antonio, we decided to stay one more night because we weren't too keen on returning back to Houston so late at night. Luckily, we found this beautiful property. I booked it very last minute and the owners accepted very quickly without any problem. PERFECT! We arrived around 5:00 pm and had no issues entering the property. I was pleasantly relieved to see that this was one of the most inviting, open and warm properties I've checked into. My family was only there for one night, but we were able to relax and get ready to leave the next morning with no problems. The check out was very easy, because we were sent a text in the morning with full instructions on all tasks that needed to be done before checkout Overall, we will gladly return to this property any time we visit San Antonio, and I would highly recommend anyone to do the same.
