Hometown Feeling

Yes quaint little town is so charming and a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of city life. I really enjoyed walking on Main Street and visiting all the unique shops And eateries. I’m hoping I’ll be able to make this area my retirement home.

Wonderful cottage for the weekend

We had a fantastic weekend in Beorne, in part because of our exceptional accommodations. At first I had looked into staying at a local BnB, but they all looked kind of dingy and had farmhouse-gone-wrong décor. I am so glad we decided to rent this apartment instead! We stayed in the downstairs apartment, and it was cozy and well-appointed. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and everything was spotless. The location was fantastic. Since it was cold and windy, we chose to drive across the bridge to the shops and restaurants. But if the weather had been nicer, it would have been an easy few minute's walk. The owners were very attentive to our needs, and provided a lot of information on fun things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our time there, and would certainly return.

Guest house downstairs apartment

The property was clean and well decorated. It was on a quiet street close enough to the downtown strip that we could walk everywhere. The only real issue was the bed. The mattress sinks so badly to the middle that it is impossible to sleep anywhere else. It needs to be replaced. Also, the property is overpriced for a 500 sf apartment.

Cute place near downtown and local hike/bike trail

We chose Boerne as a low key place to meet up with our college student daughter for the weekend. Lisa's place is a great little cottage with a great back patio area within walking distance to all the coffee shops, bakeries, shopping and breweries. Added plus was the Cibolo Creek trail for my morning runs! We enjoyed our visit very much.

WONDERFUL PLACE!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage! It's just a short (few blocks) walk or drive into downtown Boerne and convenient for visiting the surrounding areas! Super clean and well-appointed!

Perfect little cottage

Right off of Main Street but in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to many shops as well as the walking path along the creek. My mom stayed here while visiting and thoroughly enjoyed her stay! We often relaxed in the cozy living room in the afternoons and she had everything she needed on hand.

Another Great Stay

This was our second stay at White Oak Cottage. We love the location since it is so close to restaurants and shops on Main Street. It is a great place for a couple on a weekend getaway.

Cozy spot and great location!

This cozy spot has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Hill Country. We would happily book this again. We walked to the main strip in less than five minutes. Lisa communicated very effectively. Top notch!

This property is wonderful. Within walking distance to Main St & downtown Boerne. Lisa met us when we arrived & was very helpful & very nice. The house & the upstairs apartment were extremely clean & had all the necessities you might need during a stay. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Boerne

We stayed at this apartment while competing in a recent horse show at the nearby San Antonio Rose Palace. We can wholeheartedly confirm what the other 5* reviewers have already noted. This is an extremely comfortable and well-appointed apartment within easy walking distance to everything in Boerne. What a treat to be able to walk into town for a drink and a meal! Great interior design, size and amenities. Lovely quiet dead-end street and access to a peaceful back garden. Lisa was a super host - very helpful and flexible. Highly recommended!

Cozy, Comfortable Little Getaway

My daughter, my sister-in-law and I stay at this cute little getaway over New Year’s weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was just a stones throw from the main street in Boerne with many charming shops and eating places. The apartment was well appointed and well maintained and very quiet, cozy and relaxing. The refrigerator had plenty of bottled water, there was a good supply of coffee and hot chocolate, and a nice bottle of wine was there for us…oh and a candy dish of Hershey Kisses. I can only imagine how comfortable and relaxing the backyard would in the spring time. We did enjoy watching the birds in the side yard coming to feast on the fully stocked bird feeder. The owner was very accessible by text and cell which made it easy to ask any questions which came up. We have put this place on our “go back to list” of places to stay. It is great place for two or three people. P.S. The bed was super comfortable.

A delight in downtown Boerne!

We rented the downstairs, one bedroom apartment over the Christmas holidays and had a great time. We stayed in the beautifully appointed, comfortable 4 room apartment. The property has three outdoor patio areas under large oaks and roses! The view through the kitchen window is of the rose arbor patio. White Oak Cottage is only 1/2 block off off of Maine St. right in old downtown Boerne, just a few minutes walk to antique shops, restaurants and the beautiful Cibolo Creek. What a wonderful place, particularly at Christmas! On this property, there are three separate rentals available! There were just thee people in our party, but it would also be a perfect getaway for a large family get together! Very versatile! I want to go back when the rose arbor is in bloom! Thank you, Kelly and Lisa, for sharing your delightful property with us!

Nice little place

We had the pleasure of renting this little place, and for our needs it worked well. It is a very small one-bedroom, one bath "apartment" built behind the main house. It is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. For two people wanting to spend some time in Boerne or the surrounding area, this is a great spot. Great location and relatively quiet neighborhood! My only issue is that it seemed a bit expensive for the Sunday and Monday nights that we rented it (although maybe "on point" for the Boerne market? I don't know.) We didn't know ahead of time that several Boerne businesses are closed on Mondays. The town is so busy over the weekends that some businesses "rest" on Monday, I guess. At any rate, we had a good time. Being from San Antonio, we can head to Boerne whenever we want. This was a nice little place to stay.
