This house was perfect for the family to stay at while attending my son's Basic training completion. Close to the base and enough rooms and bathrooms. The back yard was everything! Many places to sit and visit and cook out if needed. Host was great and the hot tub was enjoyed by kids and grandkids it was very nice!

House was great for hosting a family gathering. There are definitely some quirks about the house, but if your group doesn’t have major mobility impairments or super little kiddos everything should be fine. The house was clean but not immaculately cleaned. It was a comfortable house to call home for the weekend. Great neighborhood. No issues with neighbors or traffic or anything like that. There is lots of good room to spread out both inside and out. Definitely a fun stay.

Our host was very welcoming and ready to help make our stay a comfortable one. This beautiful, spacious home was located near all of the places we intended on going (Lackland AFB, Sea World, Costco). We also enjoyed having many dining and shopping options nearby.

Disappointing stay. The house is far from downtown/River Walk. The hot tub was unusable due to dirty, smelly water. Be aware of the bedding layout: it fits 8 adults comfortably, but the extra beds are in an open den area on the second floor. We were also frustrated to find no extra pillows or blankets and sheets (we had to call the host to get some). To top it off, the dishwasher was broken and ineffective. I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for a hassle-free vacation more than 8 people.

The house was clean and inviting. We checked in on the evening of Halloween and the host had the TVs set up with ghosts and goblins.When we arrived one of the first things noticed was that the house was ADA compliant. There was a ramp to get from the front drive to the front door. The masher math had been remodeled to allow wheelchair access. Although it was a bit cool during our stay and we didn't use the pool, hot tub or venture to the backyard, it was like an outdoor oasis. Beautiful in every way. The Host was very friendly responded quicky to each of my messages and questions. She was very helpful with anything I requested to know of the area and of the house. If the house is pet friendly, you would never know it . No telltale signs of any pets could be found.

Very spacious and plenty of seating. Used for a family gathering during airforce graduation.Full functioning kithcen, grill was avaible along with grill accessories. The "5th" bedroom was the landing at the top of stairs.Handicap friendly.

House was not clean and especially the kitchen. There were bottles and cans under the furniture in both living rooms, the hot tub and the pool needed to be treated. And the entire back yard needed to be sprayed for insects, the grill had a pan in it with old food stuck on the grill. The kitchen had to be cleaned by the owner before we could even use it.

Family gathering

Great location with easy access to shopping, entertainment and highways. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely backyard although it was too cold to take advantage of the amenities. Kate is a great communicator and quick to respond.
