Adorable Home by the Medical Center

Adorable, quiet and charming three bedroom home in the medical center area. Our home is accessible to main highway ( I-10, inside loop 1604 and outside loop 410). It is 20 minutes away from Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Lack Land Air Force base and La Cantera and downtown (The Alamo). Major hospital like Methodist, VA , Christus Santa Rosa and University Hospital is only 5 minutes drive. Randolph Air Force Base and San Antonio Military Medical Center is 30 minutes away. The VIA bus system depot is less than a mile from the house.

Our lovely home is two story house with open floor plan with a nice and updated kitchen, dining room, living room and big family room. It is located in a small peaceful neighborhood. All bedrooms are in the second floor with 2.5 bath. The backyard has covered patio and matured trees.

We’ve stay in many VRBO’s for vacations and trips. This was a great rental and matched the listing. Easy check in, flexible, clean and well stocked with all the things you would need. Great home!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with young kids. It was clean, well stocked, and plenty of space, and nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds and blinds helped us have a good night’s rest. There were some extras that made it convenient traveling with our little one - gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, the pack and play, and some fun things for the kids. We also appreciated how nice and cool the house was during this hotter time of year. The host was easy to reach and very friendly. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying here, we had everything we needed and it was in the center of all the places we went to, Six Flags, Sea World and the Riverwalk. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet, everything you need.

Neighborhood is a couple blocks off main roads. Very quiet and close to everything you need. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and had everything you need for the family to have a nice time. Clean, quiet, close to everything

The house was just as described/pictured. It's a tight neighborhood with small yards, but it's a spacious house with room for everyone, and the little back porch was a perfect outdoor space with lots of shade. The house was attractively furnished and decorated, well-stocked, and everything was spic 'n span. All the appliances and HVAC worked perfectly and kept us comfortable for a week-long stay. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable stay in the Medical Center

This is our third time staying at this property. As before, the property is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the experience is easy. From the very well-appointed kitchen to the upstairs game area, there was plenty of space to spread out for our family of 6. If there's one thing that would make the stay even more comfortable, it would be adding a few extra blankets to be able to warm up on the downstairs sofas.

Birthday weekend

We stayed at this lovely property while in town for my daughter's birthday. She also is a cheerleader at UTSA, so we wanted something convenient to both UTSA Aand the Alamodome. This was perfect! It had everything we needed plus more. It even had individually wrapped toothbrushes for us to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a nice birthday meal,and the frill was a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet, and we never felt unsafe. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Just Like Home!

This was a short notice booking to attend a funeral. The host was very responsive and accommodated our special request. Pictures are accurate! The house is near the hospital district and centrally located. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house really did feel like home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Best of all, it was very clean with attention to details. Frankirk sent me all the information I needed even before I left my town so I did not have to worry about receiving information just days before. They sent me clear instructions on what to expect and of the appliances in the house. While we were at the property, any questions we had were answered right away they responded to me no matter the time of day.Their service was wonderful We would not hesitate to rent from them again. The property is beautiful and very close to a lot of stores, Mall, restaurants. We were happy to stay there:)
