For shared use: property 7'000 m2, large, well-kept terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Private: garden 60 m2. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. 200 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Novate Mezzola" 10 km, sandy beach "Lido di Novate" 10 km pebble beach "La Punta (Lago di Como)" 20 km. Alles war zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit. Eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Blick über das Tal. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Juli 23. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Alles modern und neu eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen für Wanderungen. Naturnah. Küche gut ausgestattet. Traumhafter Ausblick während des Essens auf der Terrasse über die Tiefebene zu den 3000ern. Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Leider war das WLAN etwas schwach, was aber bei ausreichendem Datenvolumen kein Problem war. Android-TV terrestrisch oder WLAN. Benutzung der Klimaanlage gegen Aufpreis, war jedoch nicht notwendig. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort. Wir haben unsere Abreise nach einer Woche bedauert. Und würden hier gern wieder ein paar Tage verbringen.

Brandnew home in beautiful scenery

We really enjoyed our stay at Ronscione Bellavista. Everything in the appartment is clean and new. The house stays nice and cool, because of the triple glass and shutters. The garden has a beautiful view on the mountains. Due to the height difference with respect to the garden of the owners, it feels nice and private to sit in the garden.
