"Room was decent size, though no amenities (soap, shower gel etc). Beds werent made up bar the main double. The bar doesn't appear to open often and was closed most evenings, no restaurant or food on site and the location is a long enough walk to anything useful like a shop. You have to walk through a muddy track to get to the ski lift. I would choose a different location next time"

"We (4 friends) have been returning to Grand Massif for the last 13 years and this is the first time that we have ventured beyond Les Carroz. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and attention to detail we found in this apartment. Having two separate bathrooms that are modern and well appointed as well as a spacious living room made it a pleasure to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and was able to cook a roast dinner without any fuss. Of particular note is the our host Lee is very responsive to any questions leading up to the stay. Oh, and bonus points go to beds that are already made on arrival and parking being a doddle. Other notable mentions are that you can walk to the GME or take the bus. The bus stop is just outside."

"I had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff were also extremely kind, professional, and respectful. They helped me a lot with booking several restaurants and were always supportive and efficient, which I really appreciated. The balcony was lovely with a great atmosphere, although I couldn’t really use it much due to the very cold weather during my stay. The only disappointing part of the experience was the breakfast. Honestly, it was the weakest point and I strongly hope it will be improved. I’m planning to come back again (more than once), and breakfast is an important part of the day—especially before skiing. The options were very limited, mostly boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, and there wasn’t much variety or a proper breakfast selection. It would make a big difference to have more fresh choices and ideally a chef station or better hot options, especially for a high-quality property like this.
