I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "Amazing stay at Trulli Donna Isabella! The unit was spotless clean and very spacious! Madam Isabella and her family members was very carrying and responsive for all our needs.
