"I would recommend Picasso Hotel for any traveler that is looking for a budget accommodation (or booking last minute trip on a holiday weekend like us and had very limited mid-priced hotel options). While most of the staff did not speak English, I found the staff very friendly and willing to help. One of the men working (who spoke a little English) helped our group one morning when our rental car wouldn't start. "Check-in was quick. I arrived past their check in hours and I called them to notified and they were good with that. Is close to a small and quiet beach area. Also, night life seems to be great on the weekends. I didnt had night activities because having 3 childs. Only 1 not so good thing was that it seems that people not staying in the hotel use parking lot for night activities. Overall my experience was great."
