「We booked this hotel nearly a year before we travelled. We wanted somewhere warm with fun evenings and a great beach for the whole family and this seemed to fit the bill. However what we didn’t realise is that the resort is actually closed as it was so early in the season. There was nothing on the beach, only 1 restaurant was open and the shops were all closed. 「Location was excellent, and the property was clean and looked lovely. Communication wasn’t great, the booking states check out is noon (12) yet we had staff banging on the door at 11 asking us when we would be leaving, apparently they changed check out time after covid… well I’m not a mind reader?
The room looked great however the large rug was a major slip hazard as the Velcro underneath has lost its stick, at least one of us went flying every day, and the wooden floors meant we were kept up...
