When we checked out, Sir Sherwin even offered to take me and my companions on a brief tour of Bagac, Bataan. That was thoughtful of the couple to do that for us. "Overall, the facility was good, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. However, there was some miscommunication regarding the corkage fee policy when I brought my family to swim. The staff on the day shift informed us that there were no corkage fees for food and that fees only applied to alcohol, which we did not bring. Later that evening, a different staff member told us otherwise. We were able to resolve the issue, but it would be helpful if the policy were communicated more...

"The hotel has a GREAT breakfast menu with a good variety of choices that you will enjoy."

"The room was clean although we can smell the sewage. The bathroom shower has rusts that needs to be replaced (probably due to salt water). The breakfast was great and the lady was nice to go to our room to ask what we want for breakfast. Overall the stay was relaxing."
