The horses in adjacent pasture showed physical signs of neglect (one had a festering wound behind the ear, from a bridle that was ill fitted, put on wrong, and clearly left on the animal for far too long). 「This house was ideal for a large family/group. You could stay here for a week and have enough to entertain the kids without ever leaving. It is seriously out in the middle of nowhere but I couldve made a restful, quiet, quality time family vacation easily. It has a well stocked kitchen. 「We had a lovely stay at this property. We chose it because it looked like a comfortable house and was right in the path of totality for the 2024 eclipse. It totally lived up to expectations and gave us a great experience overall. The decor is just as spa-like as the listing pictures suggest and the house is very pleasant to stay in.
