Very clean room. Good quite hotel. Restaurant on site. Short walk to mall with restaurants. Only reservation was not much around except the mall. But very accessible if you have own car.

Great hotel very modern great bathroom with heated floor at night and very quiet! GYM was ridiculously high end with everything you need. Down side for me was the pillows and the area was a little industrial but there was a big shopping mall across the road which was very convenient.

The staff in this hotel, bar none, are of the best I have ever encountered. Farhad was exceptional. The other desk people were amazing, too. So helpful! The hotel is lucky to have such amazing guest services staff. Definitely recommend!

I stayed 8 nights. The room was clean! So, I’m almost always a return customer to a hotel when I’m in a clean breathable room. There was no carpet, so I did not have to deal with allergy issues. I also loved the hot showers, and the hotel does not skimp on heat in cool months. It was always toasty when walking onto the floor where my room was situated. I would have given staff a 5 but they didn’t all seem to go through the same training. …most staff were warm and extremely helpful (especially the woman who checked me in and the gentleman who checked me out) but twice I asked a question at reception and was met with short responses. Hope management takes note. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

If you’re looking for a hotel in the Salzburg area and, like me, tend to do your homework—reading reviews, comparing prices, opening multiple tabs—save yourself the trouble and just book The Passenger Hotel. It’s truly the best! The hotel is new, which means it’s fresh, modern, and very clean. The staff was wonderful at every step—from check-in, to the restaurant, to check-out. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Parking is available for a fee, but it’s super convenient. Moreover, there are great dining options and shopping just a short 3–5 minute walk away. I’m not sure if I’ll ever have the chance to return to the Salzburg area, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t recommend this fantastic hotel to fellow travelers. Highly recommended!

Great new hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. I had an excellent dinner in the restaurant, would highly recommend. The Room was comfy, The only thing missing was tea in the bedroom as they only catered for coffee drinkers. This was readily available in the bar restaurant sea though as were water and juices.I would definitely stay here again if i visit in the future

We had an overall good experience staying at the passenger hotel in Salzburg. There is a big mall 4 min away with plenty of shops and food choices. The train to the city center is 5 min walk away. The gym is very modern, including a reformer Pilates as well. The hotel is about 4 km from the city centre, we walked to the city centre, as we love exploring the non turistic areas as well, but there are lots of busses going to that direction too. The Salzburg airport is also 4 km away from the hotel. The room was very clean, and the food was pretty great!

Excellent new hotel, glad we got to stay there for our trip to Salzburg. The employees at reception and at the hotel bar were gracious hosts and were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They gave us great information, and made our stay even better. They definitely hired the right people for the job. I enjoyed the location, parking, and the room. My one criticism would be that the bathroom door has a mechanism that makes it automatically shut when I wanted the door to stay open, but it was just a minor inconvenience. All in all, a very nice hotel next to a very big shopping mall. We'll be back!
