冷房で夏も快適
部屋は冷房の効きもよく快適で、宿泊費に含まれている朝食もチョイス豊かでおいしいです。ザルツブルク祝祭劇場に行くのに、ホテル目の前にある22番バスが使えればベストだったのですが、ちょうどこの時期何かの都合で迂回中。多数のバスの行き来する通りまでは５分くらいではあるので、そちらを使いましたが。

レセプションに人がいる時間帯が限られているので早朝チェックアウトしなければならない時などには要注意。 私たちはチェックアウト前日に精算を済ませて、翌早朝、誰もいないレセプションに鍵を置いてホテルを出てきました。

旧市街へは多少歩きますが、それほど苦になる距離ではありません。鉄道の駅からもそこそこ近いです。周囲は静かなので、観光地の騒がしさが気になる人にはお勧めです。 ホテルは設備は新しく気持ちいいですが、バス・トイレの照明が自動なので、お風呂の途中で暗くなるのが難点です（センサーに手をかざせばまた点きますが）。２泊しましたが、連泊のせいか床掃除はしていなかった感じです。

最悪の夜でした〜！
旧市内からは対岸にあるホテル。中心部まで徒歩10分位。ダブルを一人で使用。しかし 夜中 エアコン取付の為 壁に穴を開けたのが閉じられていないので、そこから別の部屋からのトイレの匂いに夜中悩まされ、頭痛がひどくなった。翌朝 お掃除の人に話したら、この部屋はエアコンつけると臭うと、2人口を揃えて言った。フロントに伝えたら、調べてくれて 問題は解決したのだけれど、せっかくの旅が台無しになりました‼️ フロントの女性の対応が酷かった‼️

中央駅に近く便利
ザルツブルク中央駅に近くて便利でした。 部屋も綺麗で良いんですが、鍵がカード式ではなく鍵タイプなのが、面倒くさいかな。

Not a happy stayed
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Once stepped into the hotel, it’s smelly. The worst part was our room with mouldy and dust, heater and hair dryer with dust and green n blue mold. Bathroom ceiling and wall were mouldy too. We asked if there was any room for the second nite to change, of course the answer was NO.

3 Stars for a 3 Star hotel
A 3-star hotel if there ever was one. The good: location very close to Old Town, hotel staff are very helpful and breakfast is satisfying. The bad: room floor was very dirty and your socks would be black after an hour and heating did not work well

Un séjour sympathique
Un hôtel proche de la gare, 15 minutes du centre historique. Très commode, simple et accueillant. Un bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner manque d’options vegan.

Im Hotel angekommen, die Rezeption im Untergeschoss nicht Barrierefrei und komischer Geruch, das Personal war freundlich, Zimmer bezogen nicht ganz sauber gewesen, im Badezimmer Schimmel in der Dusche die Duschtüren waren Defekt und schlossen nicht richtig und das Klo rinnte. Im Zimmer selber waren die Anschlüsse von Tv und Lampen nicht sehr professionell angeschlossen. Bett war recht bequem zum liegen. Mein Fazit ein Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und für 1 Nacht ganz ok aber mehr nicht. Die Rezeption ist auch nicht 24 Std. Geöffnet, schließt am Abend. Die Lage ist recht praktisch unweit vom Bahnhof, man kommt schnell überall hin aber der Bus vor der Türe fährt am Samstag und Sonntag leider nicht.

The hotel we stayed at had us use a parking garage that was closed from 6pm Saturday until Monday morning we almost got our car stuck in the garage.

Første møde med frontdisken var halv surt. Værelset var lækkert ved første øjekast men manglede nogle ting: bruseren var lille og glat, der var svamp i hjørnet, der var ikke strygejern el. Lign, der stod en seddel med værelsespriser som lå langt under det vi havde givet, ect. Morgenmaden var meget travl da vi kom, det var svært at finde en plads, service var 20 min om at ankomme (skulle vaskes op først da der ikke var nok) buffeten var halv tom og så stod der en drikkepenge krukke midt i det hele hvilket virkede lidt usmageligt. Jeg ved godt morgenmaden var "gratis", men vi ved godt alle sammen at den ligger i værelsesprisen.

The hotel was a short walk away from the train station but this means a bit more of a walk to the old town (easily doable though, even with children). The breakfast was good and filled us up for the day ahead. The rooms were ok, however looked a bit tired and dated. Ours didn’t have a kettle, which was surprising, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which meant mould spots were inevitably visible. For a couple of nights it was fine but I doubt I’d stay again.

Mixed bag
Stayed three nights. Chose for convenient location close to old town and parking, given difficulty to find more central hotels with parking. Whereas we parked in the multi-storey car park across the road the first night (hotel does reduced price tickets = €16, we were able to park the following two nights for free outside the hotel, as it was the weekend (free from 7pm Friday). Front desk welcoming and helpful. Big rooms with high ceilings and balcony. However, pillows were essentially non existent, and the beds were uncomfortable, meaning we found it very difficult to sleep. Note that you need to insert your door key into the air conditioning unit for it to work. Breakfast was ok but the buffet could have done with replenishing more regularly. Be there early if you want a croissant. As we were driving, we managed to see all the non central sound of music locations without doing the four hour+ tour, although best do some research in advance regarding how best to approach each, as not always obvious, plus we were able to take our time at each, including those in the old town.
