Helpful staff!! Dominic and Stephanie who are both co-owners were very helpful in planning my day in a new city. Very convenient location. There is no AC but a fan was provided and windows can be opened which was really helpful. Would recommend without hesitation!!

Lovely place and lovely staff
The location is perfect. It is along the pedestrian zone. Hence it is a car-free area but it is very close to all attractions. Many eating and drinking places nearby. All the main attractions are within walking distance. Hotel is managed by a lovely couple. We got a newly renovated room. Room is very clean and comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended. If you are driving, parking is at Mirabell Garage - a 5 min walk from the hotel. Carpark to street level is by steps. No lift/escalator.

We loved staying here and enjoyed the town of Salzburg so much that we stayed an extra night. Staff were extremely kind and accomodating to us particularly on short notice. Hotel room was clean, with some new renovations making things even more comfortable. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast on offer - definitely the best spread we’ve seen on our travels. We will DEFINITELY be back and would absolutely recommend you stay here for your time in Salzburg. Thank you again!
