Nice hotel, good location and comfortable room. Quite expensive given it was quite a simple hotel with no breakfast, but guess it was new year. The honesty bar was a nice touch and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights last week. The overall experience was good. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable enough. The location is great - right on the main road. But there's also a flip side to this... If your room is street side, you may or may not get a good night sleep. It can get noisy. The other side of the building is likely to be more quiet :) They have a nice lounge area with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

Just lovely!!

Absolutely lovely small Hotel close to everything. Very friendly, very clean. Tea and coffees available all day. A small croissant for breakfast but this is fine as plenty of lovely cafes close by to enjoy breakfast. Very definitely a recommended.

This hotel was very clean, staff very informative and friendly. Very cute room! Perfectly located with lots of options for eating and drinking, short walk to bus stops and short walk to Altstadt, even the train station was walkable. Breakfast was light continental. No restaurant on property, drinks provided in common area using honor system. This was plenty for us. Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, close to everything! The staff are friendly, there’s free coffee and an honesty box for other drinks. We had a lovely 2 bed apartment, however the rooms were really hot, even in early May when it’s cooler at nights, hate to think what it’s like in the summer! The walls on the rooms could do with a paint refresh but nothing that didn’t spoil our stay!

Elegant hotel in Salzburg old town

Beautifully renovated boutique hotel located on a pedestrian street in Salzburg old town. Very convenient for all the major attractions. Our room was very large and very comfortable. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast beyond a croissant and a coffee but there are options nearby. There is no AC which wasn’t an issue for us but might be in mid summer

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was so quaint. Very historic building. It was close to everything. My only criticism was no air conditioning. It was next to a church that started ringing bells at 6am. Across the street was a bar/pub with outdoor seating that at times got a little loud late night.

Such a great little hotel… we loved it - with two windows we could open to the wonderful street below to watch people walking by on their way to the Christmas markets… Everything was clean and nice. It was great to have the lounge downstairs with really good coffee available all day all night and the honor bar. The room was great, the bed was fantastically comfortable, the TV was great, the shower had nice hot water, and the people at the desk were so very nice. It was fun to be right next to the church when the bells were ringing albeit sometimes a little early in the morning! But it was a fun way to wake up. I would definitely stay here again… It is extremely convenient to all the fun things in Saltsburg and was a perfect choice for us!

It's an okay-ish hotel

The location of the hotel is good. Our biggest problem was the lack of food and drink service. There's no coffee in the room. They do have a coffee machine down in the lounge area and they sell sad looking croissants as breakfasts. We could go without breakfast but they need to put some of sort of coffee in the rooms. Some of the staff were not friendly, they walked by us several times without even looking at us. Overall stay was okay but wouldn't stay here again.

Great location. Very clean. I super love it. The only issue we had was checking in after hours. We had letters at the lobby stating that we had emails regarding a pin to access our room keys but we never received any so we have to walk to the sister hotel to get our room keys. We had our luggages at that time and it was raining and a little late in the evening already. So hopefully next time the hotel will make sure we get their emails especially when people are checking in after office hours. We are definitely coming back and recommending this to others
