Summer Winds C-228 is an Oceanfront, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo on the 2nd floor. This condo boasts a marble floor throughout the entire condo. Living Area is tastefully decorated and offers a relaxing and comfortable area with a 70in TV. There is a covered deck facing the ocean. Step out and view the ocean and feel the warm calming breeze on your face. The dining area boasts a nice snack bar while providing ample seating for a sit down dinner. Fully equipped kitchen/bar area with mahogany cabinets, dishwasher, & microwave. Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, TV & bath. Bedroom #2 with Twin Bunk and Queen Bed and flat screen TV. Bath. 3 TVs, CD Player w/Stereo. Deck with Furniture. Washer/Dryer.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (off-season only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
