Walking distance to historic Trolley Square, Liberty Park and the trendy 9th and 9th district. Just minutes from the University of Utah and downtown SLC. 30 minutes to the ski slopes. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils, and pots and pans if you prefer to stay in and cook. 2 50 inch smart TV w/Roku."

From the minute we arrived, the space felt cozy and inviting. We basically fully moved in for the few days we were there! We brought food (grab Mel brought way too much food 😅) so that we didn’t spend a lot dining out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals including spices that we left behind! Heather is a kind and communicative host and was available to answer the few questions we had upon arrival! 10/10 highly recommend her Vrbo and will stay again next time I’m in that area!

Perfect for a short trip

Great short stay in SLC
This location was conveniently located to lots of things! We felt safe and the place was clean and had all we needed. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in the area again.

Great location, good stay
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property: great location, quick communication with the host, and adequate to good conveniences for renters. The minor drawbacks were mainly due to the age of the property but the positives helped make up for those.

Great Location and parking
We had a great stay in SLC. Place was as described in listing with easy access and parking which can be a headache in SLC. Owner was quick to respond and was very accommodating. We would stay there again on our next trip.

Great value
Apartment was spacious and clean. Good location for us near our daughter who goes to the U. The bathroom has only one light so was quite dark. I was glad I had brought a lighted makeup mirror. The bed is large and comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Ski trip
Less than 20 minutes from the airport and next to downtown, it was a perfect location. We went to Alta and Park City and neither was more than 45 minutes away. Much nicer than staying at a hotel. Strongly recommend it.

Gute Lage aber renovierungsbedürftig
Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und ruhig und das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Das Appartment ist jedoch renovierungsbedürftig, Schimmel an der Badewanne, zu wenig Wasserdruck, keine Lüftung im Bad, Fenster zum Hochschieben war total verdreckt. Küchenflächen klebrig, Bett total unbequem, Matratzen durchgelegen mit Schaumstoffauflage, Heizung aus dem Keller sehr laut, das war nachts sehr störend.
