This cozy space, with uninterrupted access via its own private entrance, features a well-equipped kitchenette, an intimate dining table for two, and a very inviting living area with a large flatscreen TV. Outside, you're welcome to enjoy the hot tub and the large, grassy backyard (both are shared with the main house), perfect for the kids

For a number of shopping and dining options, the Sugar House area is located less than a mile from this home, offering fun breweries, sports bars, and chic cocktail spots. Just a few miles south, Holladay is home to a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, and a movie theater. And if you're visiting during the winter months, bring your skis and your snowboards and hit the slopes at Solitude or Brighton, less than 25 miles away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
You may occasionally hear footfalls from the neighbors upstairs during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
