Beautifully furnished!

10 Min. to Airport. 5 Min. from Downtown & world-class events, shopping, and food! 25 Min. from Ski Resorts! Walk to cafes & restaurants.

Open flex space on main level - Full Bunk Beds with twin bed pullout and Foosball Table!

2nd level balcony faces west, offering beautiful sunset views!

Upstairs bedrooms each with king beds, en-suite bathrooms.

Fast internet, kitchen with blender, coffee maker, ceramic cookware, high-end mattresses & furnishings! Washer dryer!
The space
This is an end unit 3 story townhome. 2 car garage on main level with open flex space with full over full bunk beds, pullout twin bed, tv, lounge area, and foosball table. (Note the staircase leading to upstairs is open.)

2nd level is main living area with well equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for 8 and bar seating for 3. Spacious living room overlooks 2nd story balcony with green space right outside!

3rd level has washer dryer unit and 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king mattresses and en-suite bathrooms. All sheets 1500+ thread count.

Townhome is brand new with high end furnishings and quality linens. Let our lovely home be your vacation getaway!!

Guests may access all parts of home, including garage parking for up to 2 cars and free street parking.
Other things to note
Parking outside the garage is not permitted. It blocks the trash dumpster. There is free, ample street parking on 700 West.

Newer condo, clean and roomy. It is close enough to downtown but certainly not within walking distance.

You Get What You Pay For
Pros: this VRBO was very convenient in terms of location. It was only a 5min drive to downtown SLC. It had plenty of sleeping space, an over abundance of towels, and a 2 car garage. It had all the bare essentials in terms of basic living needs (dishes, furniture, etc.) Cons: You get what you pay for - it was lacking in comfort. The furniture was very uncomfortable, and there was a general lack of blankets. The temperature of the VRBO was very difficult to control - it was either too hot or too cold and varied greatly between the three floors. Despite paying a cleaning fee, you are responsible to do a large portion of the cleaning yourself, which makes your checkout time in the morning rushed. Plus, the location is in the more run down part of the city. Despite the convenience, there are definitely nicer areas you can stay in.

Perfect spot for a family work trip.
Stayed for a week during a work trip and the property was perfect for our use case. Great garage for easy parking and quick in-&-outs, tons of space with places to work separate from family spaces, and generally comfortable everything. Property managers were very communicative before and during the stay, which was also great.

Great!
Everything was perfect. I would only improve it by having nicer pots and pans and cooking sheets. Also, more dish towels. We really enjoyed the property.
