Welcome to our beautiful and well-appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in the charming city of Draper, Utah. The living area is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, including a plush couch (that folds out into a comfy queen bed with foam pad!) and a flat-screen Smart TV. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring Draper!
Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals during your stay. It features a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the utensils and cookware you need to whip up your favorite homemade dishes. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to help you start your day off right. Our dining area sits 4 comfortably and will make you feel right at home.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and high-quality linens, providing a peaceful and cozy retreat after a long day of adventure. The bathroom is modern and sparkling clean, equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and a shower/tub combo.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
