Features 4 kitchens, a huge deck, fire pit, 8.5 bathrooms and room for RVs/tents. Relax, connect, and make memories.(Hosts have a small apartment in the main house with our own entrance that is private from the main house).

Great place

It's a little hard to tell before getting there, but the space works great for a larger group. The main house separates into 7 BR downstairs and 3 upstairs, and then 5 in the cottage. Plenty of space for all...comfy beds, clean. Kids all stayed downstairs and loved it. Hosts went above and beyond and were very responsive.

Great stay in Riverton

We had a wonderful time with our family! We were all gathered in from out of town for a wedding, so it was nice to have all our family in one place. Communication was amazing with the host… always very quick to respond with any concerns we had. They even allowed us to check in early, which was so appreciated by our party. There were plenty of amenities and parking for our large group. I would definitely recommend for a large group if you are looking to have plenty of rooms and bathrooms! Location is easy to find and close to shopping!

Amazing place for large groups, clean, comfy, and spacious!

Stayed here for a few nights for a big ski trip with friends! We had an amazing time and the host was exceptional. The bnb was very spacious and there were plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen space for everyone! The kitchen and bathrooms were also well equipped and stocked. The host was excellent at communicating with quick responses and also was extremely accommodating. With such a large group there are a lot of spaces and specific needs but the host was so helpful throughout the entire trip and made sure we had everything that we needed. This has honestly been one of the best bnb’s I’ve stayed at, exceeded my expectations, and I would 100% recommend!

Friend and family ski trip to Salt Lake City

This accommodation is GREAT for a large group. Our group ranged in age from 15-80. Everyone had their own space to unwind yet there was plenty of space to gather as a large group and eat and socialize together. The beds were super comfy, the kitchens had everything we needed and more. The location was great with restaurants and grocery stores near by and the commute to Alta and Snowbird was easy (about 1/2 hour).The host was amazing, friendly and very responsive! There was ample parking and the property is very private. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a space to accommodate a large group and feel like you are in your home away from home!

Great place for Family Reunion

I rented this property for a family reunion for myself, my children and their familles for 4 nights. We had plenty of space for 6 couples and 16 children. Everyone had enough room and we had some fun activities both indoors and outdoors. Everything was nice and as expected. The swim spa and hot tub were great amenities. We are considering using it again in 2 years for our next gathering.

Very well-furnished with everything you would expect and more. Very responsive hosts. Every time we had a question they responded very promptly. Well set up for multiple families for our extended family reunion. Fun toys and games for the little ones. The swim spa was a big hit. Lots of spaces to gather and talk or play games.

Basically Perfect

We LOVED staying at this house. I don't think I've ever stayed in a rental house that was cleaner than this one. And it was SO well equipped for our jumbo-sized group! One huge plus about it was how many bathrooms there were. Even though we had 50 people staying there, nobody had to wait for the shower in the morning. There were loads of fun things to do for all ages; and the hosts were so helpful at every stage.I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who needs a place to put an extra large group!
