Loved it!

This place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway to Salt Lake. We went with some friends for a convention at the salt palace so the location was perfect. It was just a quick drive to the apartment. The place was clean, the host was great. Awesome!

SLC visit

Overall property was suitable and location was great. We were in town to visit my husband at the Craig Neilsen Rehab center from Idaho. Nice to have the flexibility to make our own meals.

Lot of things needed to be fixed

1. Constant knocking noise in bedroom. Probably some gutter or plumbing. I rented during winter when it was snowing and it has bad knocking sound. It will start for 20 -30 mins continuous. It's like non stop 2. We rented the place for fireplace and hot tub. Both didn't work out for us. We spent more than 20 in wood / lighter etc and then when we started fire the alarm will go off immediately and all smoky. Seems the venting isn't proper or blocked. Needs to be checked. 3. Bathroom knobs had issues and broken such that my wife couldn't pull out lever. So she decided to take shower in non master bathroom 4. In pics it feels you will have a view and balcony but it's outside and really no view inside.

Cute condo

We stayed here for a few nights while my dad was in the hospital at U of U. It was in a great location to the hospital just at the bottom of the hill. There were lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. The beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed. It was old but clean. Check in was easy and communication with the property manager was fast. I would stay again .

excellent and satisfy with my stay, Highly recommended

I did place a reservation in a Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights but was a terrible experience that the next day I left and stat looking in Vrbo and I found this place, the communication and help was very fast, I was very satisfy with this place, very clean nice and you have everything you need in the house, is so welcoming. It was a huge difference from that hotel to this place and the location was very convenience around everything in Salt Lake. definitely Ill be back and recommend to my friends. Thank you!

Perfectly cozy, with pool!

This condo was super cozy for our family of 5, and was just perfect for our visit to SLC to check out the university. The beds were comfortable, even the pull-out couch bed was surprisingly comfortable. It's in a convenient location, close to downtown, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. We went in the community pool and hot tub every night and did laundry in the shared space, as well. We worked with Mark and he was very responsive to our questions and made everything easy. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location and amenities. Older property, fairly clean. Not enough toilet paper or towels. We ran out of garbage bags but owners quickly brought more.

Great Place

Great location and perfect accommodations. Enjoyed the hot tub 3 of our 5 nights. It would be nice to have extra towels for that reason. We had 4 guests and only 4 towels. Dish towels would also be nice. Thanks for the easy check in.
