    ❗Please note: Required Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (charged separately after booking).

    Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

    - $450 refundable security deposit, or

    - $29/night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $150 per stay)

    This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



    The $29/night Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. This does not cover lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

    To comply with legal and property security requirements, you may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, pass a criminal background check.



    Your information is collected only for screening and verification and is not stored or used for any other purpose.



    All guests must sign a rental usage agreement before their stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID is required before check-in, understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property manager or owner, and understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.



    Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.

If you experience any issues with the building amenities, please feel free to notify us. We will report these concerns to the building management on your behalf; however, we do not have control over the timing of any repairs or the decision-making process regarding these facilities.



    By booking your stay, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot be held liable for any issues related to the amenities. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!



    Disclosure Regarding Allowing Unit Access

    On rare occasions, maintenance may need to access the unit during your stay to address essential tasks. We kindly ask for your cooperation, as their schedules are beyond our control. Denying access may result in a $100 fee to cover rescheduling.



    All properties are furnished to a uniform standard; however, individual units may differ slightly from those shown in the photo gallery, with variations in decor, layout, and size.

Wow wow wow! I loved this place. Very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable beds, very clean, and great location to downtown SLC. Perfect for our little trip to the city for a concert. I already told my friends this is where we would try to stay again if we ever need a VRBO in the future!

The apartment was spacious and well decorated. It was clean, but there was a little room for improvement on the vacuuming. The property was advertised to accommodate up to 6 people, but the kitchen was not equipped with enough items to cook or bake for that many people. The pans and pot were nonstick but And it had just 6 cups, mugs, and silverware but no more than that. We contacted the company about the inadequate amount of kitchen items (no measuring cups or spoons, no mixing bowls, no whisk, no baking pans or sheets) needed to cook and they would not remedy the issue while we were there. We needed to be able to cook and make our own meals, that's why we booked an apartment with a kitchen, so I shouldn't have to bring my kitchen on vacation with me in order to eat. They said they wanted to earn the 5 stars but they said they wouldn't bring the items needed to remedy the issue, so that is part of why they are getting 4 stars.Everything else was fine. T
