Great structure and comfortable rooms. I was very disappointed because I booked 3 rooms, I had to cancel one and they did not let me cancel I had to pay anyway … Too much cleaning and change of towels,,no attention to sustainability! The spa is wonderful but open only during working hours so I couldn’t profit of it … You have to make cancellation free, pay more attention to environment and open much earlier et clods much later your spa !

This hotel was a hiden gem. Beautiful small town, seems to have lots of history. In addition our stay had excellent breakfast and access to a wonderful spa. We found a great restaurant near by with an amazing dinner menu. Our room was great.

Not 5 star! Rusty, Dirty & Moldy
Dust under the bed and hair in the bathroom, clearly not cleaned often even though they claim to clean & treat with ozone before every visit. Black mold in the shower and leaking everywhere, broken faucets, dirty bathrobe among other things. We complained and had to argue(!) to get a new room but was met with the same issues in the new room. We were served crisps in a plastic takeaway lid and beer in plastic glasses. They also tried to serve beer with 75% foam... Furthermore we found moldy lumps in the oatmilk. The breakfast overall was that of a three star hotel, tops. The spa is okay, even though some of the facilities clearly needed touch ups and repair. The floor is extremely slippery and the slippers were too small and of low quality. Since we changed rooms and complained without success it seems like the 1 star reviews here and from Google are true. It is a mystery why it is so highly rated... The hotels answers to reviews also seem very aggressive and doesn't seem to listen clients. We wish we read more reviews and the owner's answers more thoroughly before booking. We won't come back, ever.

Restfull holiday, worth a visit
The property has been expertly upgraded, modernised but have managed to keep the traditional elements in place. Parking was readily available, free, in the grounds with the addition of an underground car park, chargeable.Room was very good size, comfortable, quiet with good comfortable beds. Although the pool was small, not for swimming in, it was agreat place to cool off in the heat. It was well kept, cleaned and being beside the pool bar, open all da, was a bonus. Ample sun loungers . Be aware that the main restaurant is not inside , it has been set outside on the terrace with ample umbrella coverings. Food was excellent but in my opinion a little expensive. Breakfast was also plentiful and served indoors with a good choice, all be it too many sweet items for me. Must compliment their ability to keep the hot food hot was excellent. Most unusual in other hotels. Only disappointment was the fact that the town's Therme next door was closed for a 2 year renovation project. Would go again.

L'Hotel è molto bello è il secondo anno che ritorno ,servizio ottimo di cambio biancheria giornaliero ,compreso kit di cortesia,spa bella e gradevole,buona la pulizia non posso dare il voto massimo perché i vetri erano sporchi e qualche altro piccolo dettaglio di pulizia è sfuggito ma nell'insieme pulito...la colazione era buona con tanta varietà eccetto le brioches non di mio gradimento, probabilmente decongelate....Personale freddo,non attento e non cordiale, fatta eccezione per le ragazze dells spa molto gentili chiara e Serena Beatrice e anche Cataldo ,gentili le stagiste...molti altri invece lasciano a desiderare non salutano e un sorriso nemmeno a pagarlo..dovrebbeto imparare che l'accoglienza e la gentilezza sono il migliore biglietto da visita e lo dico con cognome di causa ,dal momento che lavoro nel settore ..consiglio di sostituire i cuscini sono di pessima qualità invece il letto è comodo.. Sicuramente ritornerò ancora il prossimo anno perché comunque il mio soggiorno è stato piacevole.. ho sempre cenato fuori e non posso dare un giudizio sulla cucina

Estancia muy recomendable
La habitación del hotel era muy amplia y la cama era muy cómoda. El personal fue correcto en todo momento. El desayuno es variado pero si hay mucha gente tardan en reponer los productos.
