Lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Nice and quiet too and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Would stay here again. Just some small maintenance needed in the apartment as some tiles on the floor were loose but otherwise a great standard.

Very dirty floors ( looks like never been cleaned) or feets was black even with socks on after day 1, also lots of dog hairs and some dirtiness on walls, not happy as we was with an infant. Blocked kitchen sink ( repaired after we reported it). But bedding was changed and clean,beds comfy overall. Room attendant was rude. Receptionists friendly.Never used an Aircon as not needed ( time of season) Family friendly. Cleanliness very very poor.

The appartment itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed in term of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Air con worked well. Gardens and pool areas were well maintained. It was quite a hilly walk from the main road to the appartment block (ours wasn't the highest), but not too far. We were able to walk to the beach and to Port Adventura so the hotel was well situated.

The buildings and the area are in a vergy good shape with a modern apperience, but...the rooms are really low budget regarding furniture und condition. If you get there by car, take the parkinglots they are offering, cause its really worth it. The Hotel is dogfriendly (Salou is not at all) but they charge 12€ per day, what is too much for that kind of "hotel" Overall good for the money and worth a try

We arrived at 4:30pm to everything locked and closed we were unable to get into the apartment block and rang the number on the closed gate and nobody answered we tried several times. Eventually we had to find alternative accommodation all this after a 6 hour drive

Ok stay but terrible communication

The room was fine, beds were comfortable but it was very basic and bare. The room was actually in a residential block not a normal hotel. Reception closed at 5pm and we arrived later than this so had no way of getting in. We ended up having g to walk across town (family of 5 with our bags) to another of their hotels to find out how to get our key etc. to then have to walk back again.

There was no communication regarding check in. We attempted to contact the Property but never got a response. Fortunately we went to the hotel of the same chain and they told us how to do the check in. Checkin is scheduled as of 4pm but the staff leaves at 5pm- it makes no sense. They required the stay to be paid in cash with no previous notice of this requirement. so we had to find an atm in order to be able to get our room. At check out you are Required to clean the kitchen and take your garbage out to the street even tho it includes a cleaning service. I would not go back.

La superficie de l'appartement est conforme Ă  la description. Joli cadre et jolies piscines. Bien situĂ©. Literie confortable. 2 salles de bain/douche. Mais, appartement vĂ©tuste, mobilier abĂźmĂ© Ă  plusieurs endroits, moisissure sur un mur, insectes car rez de chaussĂ©e, fenĂȘtres et volets abĂźmĂ©s et qui ferment mal. Pas de rideaux dans les chambres. Poubelles et dĂ©videurs metals de la salle de bain rouillĂ©s. TĂȘte de lit s'est dĂ©crochĂ© du mur le premier soir et une fenĂȘtre ne fermait pas, mais le personnel a vite rĂ©agit pour qu'un technicien vienne rĂ©parer.
