1 nacht hier verbleven voor doorreis, voor wat wij betaald hebben uitstekend. Zou hier prima langer kunnen blijven, wel veel Engelsen, maar ja het is Salou.

Over an hour to check in. In the light of morning we saw bugs and ants everywhere in the room. We just left since the line at the front desk was again very long. Not recommended at any price

Puede ser , que tuvimos mala suerte, ( o que la gente que se aloja en este Hotel no son educados ) nos tocó la habitación de al lado una familia que no paraba de gritar durante toda la noche, se llamó a recepción y acudieron rápido seguridad , pero tuvieron que ir 3 veces.

Straight from reception angry lady ask to move car park which was to place father away shocking as staying for 5 hours as have fly catch at 7 in the morning payment of 13 euros and 50 euros deposit waiting when bean served she need to tel the story to friend and let as wait. Very loud after 11:30 till 1 am lots of teenagers getting to night clubs and back

El recibimiento fue fatal, había una sola chica en recepción q se veía agobiada y al rato salieron otras 3 desde adentro q no se q estarían haciendo, No dejan reservar un solo día de parking, t obligan a q lo hagas durante toda la estancia y carísimo, 20€ x día al aire libre, Por suerte no todo es malo, el hotel en general está bueno con piscinas limpias y buenos toboganes, hay animación nocturna y Aquagym, la comida bien elaborada con poca variedad, las camareras retiran los platos sin pedir permiso, Las habitaciones son poco insonorizadas, se escucha todo y los ascensores no dan a basto

Si no contamos que a las 8 de la mañana en los pasillos se hacen las olimpiadas infantiles sin control ni de padres ni medidas por parte del hotel...el resto perfecto y con la reforma que realizaran a partir de este domingo será perfecto. Volveré pero con mis niños.

On the surface all looks good, however rooms not been upgraded in years ( have stayed there lots of times in the past) the toilet was running water all the time and we couldn’t get the shower to fit in the holder, so had to hold it as we showered.we reported these issues and maintenance came and fixed toilet. However the shower was not.days later we spoke to reception again and finally the issue was resolved. Each time maintenance was in the bathroom the bath was left with dirty hand or foot marks.getting back to the cleanliness of the rooms not great but the worst was the toilet, there is a toilet brush but that won’t take away the black marks left from the water running constantly before they fixed it.they didn’t seem to even try. I know there are plenty of products on the market which could fix this issue but they just left us with a dirty black stained toilet bowl. Floor never felt clean and the built in headboard was full of dust when we arrived, that didn’t change. On the up side the staff were friendly as usual and the pool area was clean

Nos vendieron una habitación a la piscina en el edificio Dali 2 planta pero teníamos unas palmeras lo reclamamos y nos dieron pase para la piscina climatizada

Al llegar al hotel nos a atendido un chico llamado Alex que nos ha faltado el respeto...la habitación sucia la puerta de la terraza con huellas de manos y pintalabios..las camas fatal no se puede descansar por el ruido...lo único bueno son los monitores de los niños que son muy amables y las actividades..en especial el monitor Jordi que es un encanto

Belles vacances
Super séjour passé en famille. Personnel sympathique qui nous a donner la chambre demandé. Ma fille a adoré les batailles de mousse. Seul bémol aucun transats à la piscine de disponible sur nos 10 jours de vacances.
