Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. A cot is also available.



This holiday rental features a private outdoor terrace as well as access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, children's pool, and outdoor shower. The property is located on the beachfront, close to public transport, and a 15-minute walk from a tennis court.



One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The building has a lift. This accommodation features energy and water-saving measures.



You are responsible for any damage, as well as your behavior and that of your pets in the apartment and the community complex. The pool is open only during the summer season, from June to September, from 10:00 to 20:00. Noise is prohibited between 22:00 and 8:00.
