「This is a very inviting property in a beautiful neighborhood. The home is lovely and homey, equipped with everything we needed. We loved walking around the area, felt very safe and not much traffic. There’s a nice beach just a two minute walk from home. There were even beach chairs and towels for guest. The owners thought of everything and pleasantly. We’ll be back!」

「This was a wonderful vacation spot! The property is super clean and very well-maintained. The kitchen is amazing, the bathrooms have great showers and the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses and pillows. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, fresh towels, beach chairs and board games. There are mini-splits for AC and they worked very well. You can easily walk to any spot in downtown Rockport and Good Harbor beach is just 3 miles away. Larry is an excellent host!」

「Great location to visit Bearskin Neck. Lovely neighborhood on a cul de sac, so no traffic.The home was spacious. Big kitchen, a separate dining room, tv room that comfortably sits 8 or play games with the family. Entire home was well kept. Beautiful pool, clean and seating outside for 8-10.」
