"I first had the handicapped room but it was dark and depressing. The beds were practically on the floor and way too soft. There was no chair except a desk chair and seems like a very stark and dark room I moved to a standard room which is wonderful! Far more cozy. The handicapped rooms could be far better designed ! The front desk is staffed with terrific people including Lisa and Benjamin, who is really well trained in hotel management. "

"The hotel is very nice. It is clean, well priced, located nice for dining etc. Staff was helpful at check-in, wifi was strong. The only down side is they don't give a breakfast which is fine, but the dining options in hotel are minimal so we always ate breakfast and dinner out."

"We had reserved a king bed studio room. It was unavailable due to overbooking. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Way more room than we needed, but a generous fulfilment of the reservation."
