The Space:
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves, free parking, and access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, Smart TV with Netflix
Perfect for a deserved break & set up with everything you need for a great stay in Sale/Manchester -long or short.

The apartment features – 40-inch Smart TV, Netflix, private bathroom with free toiletries, oven, microwave, refrigerator, fresh linen and towels.

Besides from our beautiful flat - transport in a to and from surrounding areas is always important. We sit just a 7 min drive to Sale Tram stop which means you can get anywhere in and around the city cheaply. The tram comes every 10 minutes.
We are also a 10 minute drive to the famous Old Trafford, Trafford Centre and the beautiful Sale Water Park.
There's free on site parking right outside our building.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, coffee machine, tea and coffee. A cot can also be provided.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

You’ll also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and explore – complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of every moment.

The Neighborhood:
Sale is well connected by public transport. Hop on the Metrolink for a direct tram to Manchester city centre in under 20 minutes. Local buses run frequently, and Manchester Airport is just a 15-minute drive away.

To ensure the safety of all guests and the respect of our neighbours, we kindly ask all guests to complete a quick ID verification before arrival.
