Staff were professional and extremely helpful. Both at reception and the restaurants. The cleaners unfortunately spoke Portuguese, so put my requests in at the front desk. Excellent choice at breakfast. Buffet in the evenings also had a great choice. As soon as food ran out, it was quickly replaced, both breakfast and dinner. On 2 occasions, the lifts stopped working, but was quickly fixed. Great location, 3 mins to the beach and 15 mins walk into town. Decaf coffee in rooms, but ask and regular coffee is provided. Lovely hotel, slept very well. Had a really relaxing holiday. Would stay again at the Hilton.

The location for enjoying the beach was perfect! There is a lovely long clean beach with lounge chairs and shade for guests. Nice dining options. We stayed primarily at the resort due to travel timing but the nearby town was cute.

BREKFAST IS REALLY AVERAGE AND NOT ACCORDINGLY TO A 5 STARS. WE CAN EVEN UNDERSTAND THE INTENTION OF DIFFERENTIATE THE HOTEL FROM OTHER ALL INCLUDED HOTELS IN THE ISLAND BUT THERE IS NOT EVEN DECENT BAR WHERE TO ENJOY A LITTLE. Super Hotelanlage mit einem tollen Pool und direkt am feinsandigen Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Putzteam macht einen tollen Job. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls top. Das Buffet am Abend hat eine tolle Auswahl und immer frische Pizza und Pasta. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Bett ist bequem. Das Bad ist geräumig und hat eine Dusche plus eine separate Wanne. An der Strandpromenade entlang ist man in knapp 10-15 Minuten im Ortskern von Santa Maria. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotel,very clean,great gardens,fabulous large room,comfortable bed,great bathroom, but the air conditioning turns off every time you open (not leave it open)just open the balcony door,so if you sit on balcony when you return to the room area it’s hot!!I understand the air conditioning going off it the door left open for a period of time,but not instantly! Also we missed dressing gowns and slippers I think for priced we paid they should be included!we realised on last they where available at request,maybe the hotel should offer ?maybe a note in the room? Also balcony was very small versus the size of room and our view was mainly trees and a peek of sea view..and the bar was under our balcony which made it not that private and a bit noisy. Reception staff very good,breakfast was amazing,lovely staff at breakfast,great coffee ,everything you could ever what available for breakfast. The staff at pool good,but think sunbed service would add to experience and surely you would increase sales? The staff at bounty bar during the day I found them uninterested and had a long wait,each time we went there,I think this area could do with a tidy up and maybe some new furniture on the beach.. In the evening we visited twice,the service was great,but both times I had to return my food Luke warm,bland very disappointing. The pool.sunbed,towels,beach area, all really good,though some of the wooden items around umbrella are looking untidy. Overall would revisit and recommend hotel.

Muy bonito pero le faltan servicios
En general muy cómodo, pero no le doy una nota excelente porque es un Resort Hilton y me faltaron cosas que debería haber si o si en un complejo de esta categoría. Entretenimiento en áreas comunes, no hay, todo es externo. Piscina muy guapa, pero le faltan áreas de sombra, no hay servicio de ordenador en áreas comunes como en la mayoría de hoteles, servicio de cambio de divisa aunque sea lo básico de euro a escudos o al revés. En hoteles vecinos si hay y tuve que hacerlo allí.

Um eine insgesamt schöne Erfahrung reicher !
Das Hotel sehr sauber, die Zimmer grosszügig und gut ausgestattet, Service und Qualität der Hotelleistung unbestritten hoch, sehr gross auch die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Mit einer wohltuend grünen, schönen und täglich gewarteten Pool- und Gartenanlage. Abstriche gibt's bei der Gastronomie, das Meiste zwar frisch und teilweise vor Ort zubereitet, die Auswahl für 5-Sterne-Ansprüche und eine längere Aufenthaltszeit jedoch nicht berauschend und im Vergleich mit tollen Speiserestaurants im Ort recht teuer.

Amazing stay because of amazing staff!
This was an amazing stay! I would recommend this hotel without reservation! This is largely because of the amazing staff, from the front desk staff, the spa staff (I had an awesome massage and body treatment), to the waitstaff and the xleaning staff! I truly hope the hotel takes care of its employees, because they deserve it! The staff took care of every need with a smile, which is not easy given the difficult jobs they hold!

Schönes Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich. Der Garten is schön und der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab jeden Tag frisch gepresste Säfte. Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt: Hotelschlappen, Bademantel, ein kleines Kit mit Wattestäbchen, Nagelfeile etc. Die Preise für Getränke und Essen empfinde ich als relativ teuer. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

De um modo geral, a estadia correu muito bem. Gostamos muito do staff, sempre simpáticos, bem dispostos e prontos a ajudar. O hotel é cuidado e limpo. O buffet do pequeno almoço é bom mas o do jantar podia ter mais variedade. O restaurante a la carte, onde jantámos duas vezes, valeu a pena! O tártaro de atum e o prato do chef de atum com risoto de abóbora eram excelentes.

Nice place - needs a more coherent Service policy
Great site, clean and Nice rooms. Great pool and beach! The restaurants and bars were good though not great. There were some misunderstandings during check in and troughiut the stay that brings the rating down a notch. The Hotel needs a more coherent service policy and communication. But all inn all I do still recommend the Hotel😊

Irgendwie typisch Hilton…
Sehr spezieller Empfang. Erste Handlung beim Check-in war die Rechnung. Vorauszahlung scheint mir eher unüblich…. Erst dann folgte eine knappe Begrüssung. Zimmer war OK - auch wenn der Toilettendeckel defekt war und nicht repariert wurde. Service-Gedanke / Kundendienst bleibt aber auf der auf der Strecke. Mal fehlten die Handtücher, dann Wasser oder Kaffee. Und das Frühstücksbuffet ist eine Gedudsprobe. Zum Glück kann man ins Bounty Beach Restaurant ausweichen. Dieses Restaurant und das dortige Team waren top. Lage, Strand, Anlage, etc. sehr schön. Und zum Glück ohne Animation u.ä. Aber warum muss man als Hotelgast für Sauna, Dampfbad, etc. im Spa separat bezahlen? Der Fitnesstaum kostet ja auch nicht extra….
