"The villa was exactly as described, there was amble room for everyone. The villa was very comfortable. The surrounding area was very quiet with a cycle/walking path a few minutes away. It was only a 5 min drive into Parthenary town and the same distance for a supermarket. We did have an issue with the drainage, but I sent a text and a telephone call from the owner had a plumber sent out the next day who resolved the problem. Thank you Google translator. We had a lovely break, but it was a shame...

"Nous avons passés un excellent dans une maison plein de charmes... et une hote très discrète... nous avons eu l agreable surprise etre accueilli par ruby et remy pour le plus grand plaisir de nos enfants.... nous recommandons ce gites pour des week-ends en famille ou pour découvrir la region. Nous avons également recu en cadeau de la part de notre hôte une petite baguette acompagne de sa confiture et d un excellent vin rouge. Merci pour ces attentions...."

"The property internally was very good but needs some finishing off. Property full of flies. VRBO advertised property inclusive of use of pool and hot tub. Owner requested 100 euro’s for 7 days use of hot tub. Externally on arrival the grass was not cut, pool had not been cleaned and Wi-Fi was inoperable. Pool was cleaned on arrival, Wi-Fi was repaired following day. Grass was not cut. The owners dog used the long grass at the end of the pool to do it’s business. We will not return to this...

"We can't thank Sarah and Blake enough for a fantastic week at their Gite in Melle. They couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful, from gifting us some English teabags, heating up our private hot tub, recommending some local food places that delivered, and allowing the kids a quick dip in the pool when we arrived past pool hours! The Gite was clean and spacious and the area peaceful and quiet. Local towns, restaurants and supermarkets were only a short drive away and even the nearest beach...

Ok but poor access to restaurants for the evening
"We booked 2 rooms but the automated system only gave us 1 at check in so we had to see the lady at reception after 5pm to get the second one. It is a Poor and confusing digital system. Also the location of the hotel is not helpful for access to restaurants in the evening. ( your own food offering was limited) We had a long walk round a busy unsafe road, or had to drive into the city."
