Wunderschöne Lage, aber….

Aber leider ist das Haus keineswegs mehr frisch renoviert sondern es zeigen sich viele Alterserscheinungen und Defekte. Fenster lassen sich teilweise nicht öffnen oder nicht schliessen, in der Küche ist derAblauf defekt, der Backofen wird nie gereinigt und die Backbleche sind verkrustet. Den Abflusskanal entlang des ganzen Swimmingpools mussten wir selber stundenlang von dicken Schmutzschichten und Unkraut befreien, damit das Wasser wieder ablief. Grosse Tassen haben wir nur 3 vorgefunden und dann halt 7 Tassen selbst gekauft. Salatbesteck gibt es nicht (selbst mitbringen) und es ist nur 1 Holzbrett in der Küche als Schneideunterlage vorhanden (weitere sind selber mitzubringen). Sonnenschirme, die ein Frühstück draussen erlauben mussten wir selber kaufen, da die vorhandenen Sonnenstoren bis 11 Uhr auf den Sitzplätzen aufgrund der Ausrichtung keinen Schattenwurf bieten. Auch um den Pool gibt es bis am Nachmittag keine Schattenplätze. Bei Ankuft war die Terrasse nicht gewischt, das lohne sich nicht, da immer wieder Blätter runterfallen würden. Insgesamt fehlt es dem Objekt an Qualität und Pflege, insbesondere in der Küche.

Villa Bora Bora

We had a lovely week staying at the villa ,it’s very spacious with very good outdoor space ,the views are stunning and Sainte Maxime is very pretty .I would recommend hiring a car because although it’s not far to the centre it is quite hilly . The check in and communication with Laurent and Veronica went very smoothly. The only criticism I would have is the bedding wasn’t great , we had an empty duvet cover as a sheet and the pillows were a bit lumpy . The kitchen was very well equipped although we could have done with a few more servings bowls for salads etc .

Perfect family holiday

We had a truly relaxing week at Villa Bora Bora with family. Vanessa was welcoming and informative on arrival. The Villa was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The pool was beautifully warm without the need for heating and was a good size for swimming lengths.

Très belle villa, grand confort, proche du centre à pied et au calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci de l'accueil par les propriétaires alors que nous étions en avance.

Villa d’exception

Nous sommes venus 15 jours en famille en août (5p 17 a 55 ans). La villa est en tout point parfaite. Récemment rénovée, elle propose tout le confort d’une villa de luxe sans aucune faille. Les points forts sont le calme (pas de bruit de la route), la proximité des plages à pieds ou en voiture, et à 5mn du centre de sainte maxime avec tous les commerces de bouches, location de bateau et navette pour st tropez et port grimaud ou je vous conseil d’aller flâner. La vue est splendide, piscine et transat parfaits. Réservation et Accueil pro et convivial. Petites attentions bienvenues dans le frigidaire après un voyage souvent un peu long. Nous y reviendrons Merci aux propriétaires que nous n’avons pas rencontré de partager cette villa.

Wunderschönes Haus in St. Maxime

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, mit einem wunderbaren Meerblick und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss ins Städtchen St. Maxime. Für uns mit 5 erwachsenen Personen ideal. Grosser Pool, tolle Terrassen und ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Great rental!

We stayed for a week in early July in this lovely house – everything was as advertised and expected. The home was very clean, comfortable, close to town, amazing view, great pool, comfortable big living/dining room. All very nice for the 6 of us. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well which was good because if was very hot the entire week. We know the area, but had never stayed in Sainte Maxime, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was fun and lively, plenty of good restaurants and things to do in the evening, lots of shops to browse, friendly atmosphere, nice beaches and beach restaurants (Nartelle). We took the Bateaux Verts to Sainte Tropez a couple of times and that could not have been be easier, and lots of fun! Laurent and Vanessa were helpful and responsive. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
