Artist villa in the heart of la Noue

Sublime old wine storehouse recently renovated, thought as an art gallery and an invitation to travel. In the heart of the village of La Noue, in a private lane just a stone's throw from the shops and the beach, come and recharge your batteries at Villa Arte whose multiple spaces are created with a remarkable sense of aesthetics and comfort. This 340m2 villa is full of works of art and features exceptional materials. Organised in three buildings for a total of 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and independent WC, it guarantees the intimacy of each one while preserving the happiness of being together.

MAIN HOUSE: 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which can be converted into twin beds.
Ground floor :
* Large living room - dining room for 10 people
* Equipped kitchen semi-open to the dining room and a patio
* 1 bedroom with its own shower room and WC
* A living room with fireplace
* A TV lounge with library, desk and piano

Outstanding home and location

We enjoyed a relaxing break here. We cycled all around the island, loved the food and the market in La Noue. Beautiful home - perfect place for long warm evening dinners
