The staff went above and beyond to help me get to the location, and make me feel at home. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredible "hotel"at top the hill in Sancerre. The staff were amazing. Very helpful, accommodating & created a wonderful environment. The rooms are spacious, serene, inclusive of everything you would need & the views are spectacular. We had an outstanding dinner at Arnaud's the hotel's restaurant. I highly recommend Les Haut de Sancerre to anyone traveling to the Loire Valley & would like to experience a high end quality hotel in a smaller section of the Loire Valley. "
