Clean room. Good location. First trip with baby and none of the requests through the app were seen or attended to. Ended up changing room because room was set up wrong. Cot finally brought had no matter so had to cosleep

It was just as expected: the room was clean, the staff were friendly, there was an M&S petrol station right beside the hotel, the price was great, breakfast had plenty of options, from a cooked buffet to healthy continental, and the hotel had free parking.

An excellent modern standard of decor throughout. Spacious bedroom crisp white linen and comfy pillows.
We had an evening meal which we enjoyed. All staff especially those in the bar and restaurant areas worked very hard and provided excellent service. I would certainly return.
Unfortunately no EV charger but staff directed us to the nearest points.
