Prison like establishment
"Depressing. Paid to hire bed linen and towels. Made up their beds on arrival. Stripped them on departure and had to clean the apartment. The cost of over £75.00 a night far too much for the appalling standard."

"L'intitulé de la localisation de l'hôtel est fausse et trompeuse. Il est écrit en gras "Fontcouverte la TOUSSUIRE" alors que l'hôtel est à 52 minutes de route de la Toussuire! C'est la même tromperie que si vous indiquiez " Annemasse et Chamonix" De plus la nuitée n'est pas annulable et l'établissement ..."

"Stunning location in the alps. The accomodation was picture perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The chap who greeted us at reception on day1 was such a gentleman, very knowledgable, and very helpful. Excellent overall"
