  • Apartment for 6 people with quality services in the heart of Saint RaphaĆ«l .. Everything on foot, 70m from the TGV station, 100m from the sea and all shops. With comfort equipment, this 72m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, fridge with freezer) separate overlooking the south facing terrace. A bathroom and separate WC. Covered and secure parking included in the services. Our animal friends are not accepted in the accommodation. Air conditioning TV + 3D Dvd, 117 cm, sunbathing on the terrace.

A proximitĆ© de la gare, du centre et de la plage, l'appartement est idĆ©alement situĆ© pour tout faire Ć  pieds. Il y a aussi un box sĆ©curisĆ©, mais il ne faut pas avoir une trop grosse voiture. Les Ć©quipements sont conformes Ć  la description et mĆŖme plus (grill sur la terrasse, vaisselle en quantitĆ©, produits mĆ©nager, parapluies, ...). Le seul reproche qu'on puisse faire est sur la climatisation. Certes, elle existe mais uniquement dans le salon et les chambres n'en profitent pas. Cela ne nous a pas dĆ©rangĆ© mais heureusement que ce n'Ć©tait pas la canicule la semaine oĆ¹ nous y Ć©tions.

Nos deux semaines de vacances dans cette location ont Ć©tĆ© absolument idĆ©ales! L'appartement est trĆØs bien situĆ© et permet de passer des vacances sans voiture.Proche de la gare ,du port,des commerces et de la plage.Mr et Mme Bernard nous accueillent avec beaucoup de sympathie et de dĆ©vouement.L'appartement est d'une propretĆ© irrĆ©prochable,dĆ©corĆ© avec goĆ»t et trĆØs calme.Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir!

C'est la deuxiĆØme fois que nous passons nos vacances en famille dans cet appartement. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermĆ©s car l'appartement est trĆØs bien situĆ©, Ć  proximitĆ© de la gare, des commerces et du marchĆ©. Il est gĆ©nial avec du matĆ©riel de bonne qualitĆ© , la literie confortable. Le quartier est trĆØs sympathique et calme, la plage Ć  200 mĆØtres, que dire de plus... tout est magnifique. Les parents de Patricia sont supers et au petit soin.

Ma famille et moi avions passĆ© de bonnes vacances chez Patricia Ć  Saint RaphaĆ«l. L'appartement est trĆØs propre, sĆ©curisant. Durant notre sĆ©jour, nous n'avons mangĆ© que sur la terrasse. L'apprĆ©ciation est trĆØs bonne. Ses parents sont super gentils. A notre arrivĆ©e, ils nous avaient mis au frais de l'eau et du jus pour la bienvenue. Mes enfants sont ravis. Je vous le conseille et vous ne serez jamais dƩƧus. Tous les commerces sont Ć  cĆ“tĆ©s et il y a aussi un marchĆ©. Il n'y a rien Ć  dire. L'appartement est merveilleusement bien.
