Stayed here for the second time, once long back before COVID-19 and this time, the management has changed and now it’s a pretty decent hotel with an excellent service,they went out of their way to accommodate my needs,Breakfast was great,Room was in good condition ,Sound Proof,I would say very much value for money ,, I’ll come and stay there when I travel there

Chambre triste dégradé avec une vieille odeur de tabac literie inadapté à l’hôtellerie douche exigu type années 60 lavabo où il faut se plier en deux meubles délabré je ne recommande vraiment pas

NUL NUL NUL ! Chambre froide, radiateur bien trop petit et sans puissance, j'étais gelée! Aucune isolation, mes voisins ultra bruyant toutes la nuit, pire qu'une discothèque ! La petit bureau ressemblais à une table de cours de collège avec rayure et marque de vieillesse ! Hors de prix par rapport au hôtel dans le même tarif ! A fuir de toute urgence !

Accueillant et confortable

Contact avec le réceptionniste très facile. L'accès aux chambres m'a été donné plus tôt et m'a évité de ne rien avoir à faire pendant les 3h avant l'ouverture officielle. Chambre propre avec tout le nécessaire. Seul bémol, l'isolation phonique est très mauvaise et j'ai entendu ma voisine de palier téléphoner puis commenter son film toute la soirée jusqu'à 23h30..

Une seule lampe de chevet pour une chambre double (chambre numéro six). L'éclairage au dessus du lavabo ne fonctionne pas. Persistance d'une odeur de tabac.les serviettes ne sont pas renouvelées, mêmes serviettes pendant trois jours.

très belle chambre, bon confort

personne a l'accueil et aucun moyen de les prévenir de mon arriver, la télé a du mal par contre elle perd beaucoup la fréquence des chaines.

Hotel bien placé (Saint-Quentin) et bien propre.

Nous étions là pour une foire agricole. Emplacement bien, confort des chambres OK. Le repas le soir était très bien et beaucoup apprécié par nos collègues.

Remodeled downtown hotel.

The hotel is downtown and is being remodeled. The room looked like new. However, it was outfitted rather cheaply, but everything worked. For an American staying in Paris, this hotel is inexpensive but lacks air conditioning (as many hotels do in Europe) and is located along a rather busy street. Being about 86 degrees (30 degrees Centigrade) and with high humidity, it wasn't very comfortable to sleep, especially with the noise made by cars, people on the street, garbage truck, etc. If you're looking for a good price, this is it.

Basic but overall good value for money.

It was a lovely stay, room basic but good value for money. Clean and tidy. Restaurant excellent and fairly priced. Service a bit slow but worth the wait. Beware no lifts. Staff were really helpful and understood basic English. Free parking close by.

Jeune hôtel assez sympa

Jeune hôtel fraichement installé. une équipe jeune et sympathique. Ce n'est pas luxueux mais le nécessaire est là. La chambre était de bonne taille, dommage que les travaux de finition ne soient pas terminés (salle de bain...) mais un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le restaurant est correct et bien pratique !

bon hôtel quand même ne par avoir peur du bruit si

Très bon accueil par une hôtesse sympathique. On cherchais un restaurant, elle nous a indiqué celui de l'hôtel, pareil accueil chaleureux, sympathique. Une fois dans la chambre qui est agréable, spacieuse, propre rien à dire. Dans la nuit, une circulation occasionnel mais bruyante ( pour les personnes qui entende les bruits car mon mari n'a rien entendu) et à 04h20 du matin l'alarme à incendie se déclenche, personne ne vient , je commence à descendre personne et finit par arrivé à l'accueil , le personnel était entrain d'éteindre l'alarme et nous as dit que l'on pouvait remonter dans notre chambre. et le lendemain le personnel s'est excuse du dérangement occasionné surement par un fumeur.

En arrivant le lit n'était pas prêt, la salle de bain remplie de serviettes sales, lunette des toilettes avec du pipi. On décide donc de remettre la chambre en attendant une nouvelle... Changement de chambre et là, pas de télé, pas de serviettes ni de savons. En plus on entendait nos voisins comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre.

Equipe très sympa. Lit confortable. Le restaurant attenant est délicieux. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. En négatif : bruit d'autres voyages pendant la nuit (parlaient fort et rigolaient). En négatif : pas de prise électrique à proximité du bureau pour travailler, pas de verre dans la salle de bains.

un bon rapport qualité prix

Un super rapport qualité prix pour ce nouvel hotel tenu par un couple charmant et plein d'attention... Chambre neuve,spacieuse, propre mais sans grande déco. Petit bémol, il faut trouver l'hotel que rien n'indique de l'extérieur mais le lieu est encore tout neuf et à continuer d'aménager... Petit prix, tranquillité et bon hôtel à recommander.

Etape reposante à St Quentin

Arrivée tard après beaucoup d'heures de route, la personne a la réception a été adorable; installation facile dans un hôtel qui vient d'ouvrir. Quartier calme, literie excellente et chambre bien chauffée. Diner au restaurant attenant très bon, ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Personnel avenant , courtois et disponible
