Absolute tranquility, in the hollow of a magnificent preserved rural & natural setting, overlooking a bucolic valley of wooded meadows protected in ZNIEFF for its rich fauna & flora (welcoming the famous Charolais cows in season), on the edge of an immense wild forest. Beautiful landscaped setting. A true haven of peace & rest, 100% relaxing. In the heart of a gently rolling mountain countryside, blending agriculture and nature, between verdant hedged fields, rivers, ponds, and deep forests. Spacious, comfortable cottage. Atypical architecture (interconnecting rooms). Warm, rustic country character blends with the completely exotic feel of an old country house (magnificent fireplace mantel and original beams). Pleasant private garden, planted with trees and vegetation, with a naturally shaded terrace area, nestled on a vast 5,000m² property, partly sloping, including several playful areas for relaxation and rest (hammocks).
