"I booked for 4 nights, but I was able to stay only for 3 nights.
This is because, my flight to Morelia was cancelled due to the closure of the airport in Houston because of the snow.
So there was no way for me to arrive as scheduled.
Even though Expedia and I pushed hard for the refund for a night, the hotel refused to do so.
It was such a dissapointing and frustrating experience.
I understand the plan I chose was non-refundable but since there was no way for me to arrive in Morelia as scheduled, I wish they were more flexible.
So I want the other users to be very careful.
The hotel itself was not bad but on Saturday night, loud music was played in the garden until around 1 or 2 am, and it was annoying.
