"Endroit parfait pour un séjour détente au calme. Hôtes prévenants, attentionnés et très gentils. Nous avons pu profiter des espaces extérieurs et de l'annexe à la villa en toute tranquillité avec beaucoup de belles prestations. La piscine fut très agréable pour nous et notre fils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir y compris pour voir Marie et JP qui sont super sympas. En plus la région est très belle et mérite le détour. Au plaisir !"

"We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...

"What can i say? I've been to Cannes a few times but our stay this time was the best I've ever experienced. Firstly the house is immaculate and Leo and his wife have really thought about everything for the comfort of their guests. Clear communication from Leo leading up to the stay with a good process for checking in/out. Very thoughtful hosts (even dropped off a toaster and some umbrellas for us during our time there!) and lovely place. Will definitely be back!"

"Pros: Ausstattung war super man hatte alles was man braucht! Der kleine Pool war perfekt für die Kids und zum abkühlen! Der große Pool super zum schwimmen! Morgens kaum Menschen da! Cons: Es hätte ein paar mehr Handtücher geben können!"

"We loved everything about the villa and it’s location. Close to Cannes and Nice but also well positioned to visit the interesting smaller villages and towns. Our daily walk to the lovely boulangerie was a treat. Mougins is delightful, full of sculptures and pretty shuttered houses. Picasso’s home for his last 12 years. The swimming pool area was so well equipped with top of the range loungers and maintained twice a week. The views towards Cannes at night were spectacular. A nightly ritual...
