Chalet Belle Source B is a cosy apartment for six, in a recently renovated former hotel dating back to 1810. It offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the Val d'Arly, a region that is still relatively undiscovered, yet very close to Megève.
An external staircase leads to the apartment and into a living room decorated in relaxing, neutral shades. Here you will find a seating area with a wood-burning stove and TV, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar and a dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals together.
Doors from the living area open onto two balconies – one with a dining table and the other with two armchairs, where you can sit and take in the view.
The first bedroom is on this floor. It has a small double bed (130cm) with a single bunk above. Both can be used.
There’s also a third raised platform with a mattress in the eaves, which is not suitable for sleeping.
Downstairs, you will find two further bedrooms, both of which open onto the garden: one with a 130cm bed and a single bed, as well as a double bedroom (160cm) with its own shower room and toilet. There's also a second shower room with a toilet.
Two cars can be parked outside the property, in the allocated parking spaces near the building (not directly by the main entrance). Unfortunately, the external staircase means this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, and the open stairs make it unsuitable for families with toddlers and small children.

Children are welcome at the property; however, please note that the steep staircase may not be suitable for toddlers, babies, or individuals with limited mobility (there are steps leading to the apartments and no wheelchair access).
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
