Fabulous property
We had a week here and to be fair we could easily stayed another. The property was clean and well appointed. The amenities were great. There was a brilliant heated pool, which was spotless and beautifully maintained. There was a barn which had a full-size table tennis table, a couple of children's bikes with stabilisers, a soft archery set, swing ball and inflatables for the pool. The grounds were extensive, with a small playground; perfect for our 3 year olds.
In the house the dining room had two large tables, which could easily take 10 each. We only used the upper table. The kitchen is sufficient for cooking. There were two cookers, a calor gas (needs matches to light) and an electric, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. There was a coffee filter machine and filters, plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. The living room was spacious and comfy with a TV and internet (intermittent). It has a fantastic fireplace! Upstairs there were 4 big bedrooms (inc one en-suite) and a family bath/shower. There was a utility room with a washing machine, a second fridge/freezer and a downstairs
toilet. There is a really nice annexe forming a small courtyard. The annexe is fully kitted out and our daughter, her husband and toddler used it.
Sabine could not have been more helpful. She provided all the "stuff" we needed ie toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher powder and advice. Madeleine (a nearby neighbour) even gave us courgettes. All in all a great find. Thank you Sabine.
