Treat yourself to unforgettable holidays or long weekends in an exceptional location. With family or friends, pack the bikes, flip-flops and towels to visit the Atlantic coast. Cross the longest bridge in France to discover the 43 km of coastline, the Jade Coast and the Pays de Retz.
This exceptional house (listed in the regional heritage inventory) of 230m² is located in a quiet area of Tharon-Plage, just 2 minutes from the beach on foot, the Village and its shops, bars and restaurants, local markets and all the entertainment.
The Villa Sunrise, almost entirely renovated, has 6 rooms that can accommodate up to 14 people.
It consists on the ground floor of a vast entrance, a bar area overlooking the garden, a dining room with fireplace and connected TV lounge area, an independent TV-DVD lounge, a semi-open kitchen equipped with all necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle), a toilet with vintage shower (not photographed), an independent toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, freezer, table and ironing board) and a bathroom with independent toilet.
The first floor serves 3 double rooms (160), 1 dormitory room with bunk beds (2x90) and a single bed (90), a double bathroom (shower & bathtub) and an independent toilet complete this level.
The second floor serves 1 triple room (160) plus a single bed (90), 1 modular triple room (3x90), a water room with WC (currently being finished, will be available early July 25, we will not fail to add photos as soon as possible).
For maximum comfort, a travel cot and a high chair are provided, outdoor furniture, a covered charcoal BBQ fireplace, some sun loungers and a parasol.
You will be able to secure your bicycles within the garden enclosure and park up to 8 vehicles free of charge all around the house.
The beaches and fishing areas of Tharon-Plage to Saint Michel are in the top 3 of the best sunset spots on the coastline. You will surely leave with the most beautiful holiday photos, the sun setting summer and winter right in the sea.
With its 4.5 km of fine sand and family beaches, surfers, shore fishing enthusiasts, bodyboarders, paragliders and kite flyers will find their favourite spot between the "Grande plage de Tharon" and the "Plage de la Roussellerie".
Take the opportunity of a walk in Pornic for a day trip by sailboat to the surrounding islands or opt, depending on the tides, for a shore or fishing area fishing session. Foodies, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchot mussels from La Plaine-sur-Mer, the famous ice creams and jams from La Fraiseraie, the delicious galettes from "St-Michel" and without forgetting, so good hot or cold, the Pornic cheese "Le Curé Nantais".
