For your holidays and weekends, you will be staying in a house located at the crossroads of four departments: Lot (46), Lot-et-Garonne (47), Dordogne (24) and Tarn-et-Garonne (82).
The house is in a hamlet overlooking the beautiful village of Saint Martin le Redon (Lot).

Shops, supermarkets and weekly markets are 7km. During your stay, you can visit tourist sites (Rocamadour, Château de Bonaguil, Domme, Sarlat), the vineyards of Cahors or Bergerac, practice golf (1km), fishing (1km), climbing, mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, horse riding, tennis, football and swimming. You can also discover the local specialties and traditions through the many markets and parties.

Maison peu entretenue (robinetterie, pression d'eau, électricité, wc, cuisinière et hotte grasses et batterie cuisine hs...)...Literie avec beaucoup de vécu... méritant une bonne retraite.Nuisance olfactive de la ferme et de la fosse septique, selon les vents.Points : loggia et beaucoup d'espace intérieur, wifi performant, garage, prix.

Ergonomie de la maison parfaite, chambres bien séparées, grand terrain bien clos, parfaite pour enfants ou animaux, très calme. Comme déjà dit par un autre vacancier un rafraichissement des installations et surtout réparations des éléments cassés (surtout plomberie) seraient les bienvenus.

en bord de route mais pas gênant car portail fermé, hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants , on a appréciè les produits de la propriété,légumes oeufs lait vin... Région riche en patrimoine

Maison très agréable (espace, propreté et idéalement située ). Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous n'avons qu'un regret c'est que notre séjour ait été si court car nous avons trouvez un coin de tranquillité , idéalement situé afin de pouvoir se promener à la fois dans le Lot, la Dordogne et le lot et Garonne.
