The Cocoon/Bookandpay agency offers this charming duplex for rent in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, less than 500 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool, a surface area of 45 m², and room for up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely living room, an open-plan kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi and sheets are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area, and open kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more.
Upstairs:
- A sleeping area with one double bed (5'3“ x 6'3”) that can be separated into two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from April to September 30th. There is also a separate paddling pool for children. (Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.)
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, 500 m from the sea and the town center, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, there are two parking spaces available in the basement of the residence. (Standard-sized vehicles; if you have a large-engined vehicle, only one vehicle will fit.)

- Nearest train station: La Rochelle - Jean-Baptiste-Ledeuil, 28 miles away
- Nearest airport: La Rochelle – Île-de-Ré (LRH), 27 km away
To reach Saint-Martin-de-Ré from La Rochelle, you must cross the Île de Ré bridge.
