Come and enjoy this vast apartment in the heart of Saint Martin de Ré, just a few metres from the ocean. A stone's throw from the Barbette park, the port and shops, this charming apartment will welcome you with family or friends for a pleasant stay. Ideally located to discover all the charms of the Île de Ré, you will be directly on the cycle paths to relax and visit.



The entrance is made on the ground floor via a private staircase leading directly to the apartment, which is located on the 1st floor.



This beautiful apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Furnished with chic and taste, each bedroom has its own independent bathroom. The composition of the apartment is as follows:



Room 1: 1 Bed 160 cm (WC + Shower)

Room 2: 1 Bed 160 cm (Bathtub)

Room 3: 2 Beds of 80 cm or 1 Bed of 160 cm (Bathtub)



An independent toilet will also be at your disposal.



In this well-equipped apartment, you will also have at your disposal a television, wifi access, an iron, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hairdryer...
